POSTAL APPLICATION FORM
FOR MEMBERSHIP FROM APRIL 1st. 2007 to MARCH 31st. 2008
The period of Membership will be from the Date of Issue until March 31st. 2008.
Membership fees and categories for 2006/7 are as follow;
Junior (8 to 16 inc.) @ £5.00, Concessionary
@ £5.00, Adult @ £12.00, Family @ £20.00.
(The issue of a Concessionary permit will be
determined by the catergory of the rod licence.)
Family membership is available to parents and their children aged 8 to 16 inclusive living at the
same address.
The application details must include the Christian and Surname together with the
membership catergory of all the applicants, and where applicable the Environment Agency Rod Licence Number.

please enclose with the application form a Stamped Self-addressed envelope
for returning the new permits (c5 or larger preferred) and a passport type photograph of each applicant.
your cheque or postal order to cover the fee should be made out to 'ALDERSHOT PARK ANGLING
CLUB'
The permit will not be valid for use unless a photograph of the member has been inserted
within seven days of issue. Where applicable, you will also need to show a valid Environmental Agency rod licence number in
the permit before use.
